A very bad and cheater company! I ordered a HP ZBook 15 G3 like new, and I got a very very poor laptop! which has MANY CLEAR SCRATCHES! which means that it is an exhausted laptop! I tried to contact them and the company that I bought via their website (refrubed.at) contacted them several times without any response Very bad behaviour! they took money and cheat people! and also the delivery process was bad! they told me that a signature is needed to get the parcel, I didn't go to work on that day to wait for them! then suddenly I found that they mentioned "we missed you" however no one called me or even knocked the bill of my door! very bad experience and I'm so sad that I bought something from you!
