Zero Floor / Terrible Customer Service (AVOID)

I ordered and payed for a new floor in Feb 2021. The company came and accidentally placed the wrong floor in my house. I kindly informed Roobol of the mistake and waited more than 10 days for any reaction. After many telephone calls and filing two complaints a worker tried to assist. As a first attempt, a worker came, but found the job too large for the planning and left. A second attempt was made and they brought again the wrong floor, but now it is a production mistake. I am awaiting the 3rd attempt and don't know how many more will be required. The Customer Service has been ZERO for this entire event. My living room has been empty for 1 month as I can't buy furniture which will have to be moved due to a floor replacement. As of 11 March 2021, I still have the wrong floor in my living room and yet to find a solution with Roobol. I have never had so much stress from what I thought would be a simple project for a professional floor company.

We are very sorry to read that you are not satisfied with your floor. And rightly so. When we came to repair the floor we found that it was a bigger problem. There are production mistakes with the floor. We then let you make a re-choice for a different floor and it will be installed as soon as possible. Our apologies.
