Staircase full of dust. Toilet bowl stained. Staff did not know how to refund touristtax for the one day we did not stay. Complained about internet several times. Got ludicrous reasoning as use this code. We could not have logged on without code. Or that there was no net in entire area....when I could see for the other houses around us. We stayed in bungalow 254
