What a wonderfully relaxing holiday. I particularly loved the ease of check-in which is so Customer focused. This shows a real understanding of what your customers want. Very well done on that. The only small downside was the floor was very dirty when we arrived so we had to buy some cleaning equipment to wash the floor, as well as the toilet had an unpleasant smell that we had to deal with too.
