Dear Roompot, my beach experience wijk aan zee was the worst experience I faced at Roompot. For two days I wasted time writing emails to talk about change or compensation, but so far no one has responded. I spend a lot of money to enjoy the holidays with my 3 year old son but unfortunately on the chosen date it rained a lot and my son became depressed because he couldnt leave the house. I understand that these circumstances are not up to Roompot to predict and that they are out of your hands, but as I am a frequent customer I think you could do something! It was frustrating for me to see my son crying for a week because he couldnt leave the house and couldnt swim at the beach, which is the thing he loves to do most. I would ask as a reward for a weekend in any house in Zeeland or even the house in Wijk aan Zee. I hope this outburst reaches someone who I can consider the sadness of a mother seeing her son crying because he cant play on the beach.
