Koos kids club staff need to be more welcoming to all who enter the kids club even if they are busy or talking to others at the time. The Swimming pool was amazing but a couple of issues could easily be rectified. The changing rooms were left dirty mainly due to shoes being worn throughout. Their should be a shoe drop off on access. Also, the slide was dangerous with children and adults not abiding to green and red light system meaning there were clashes and some real near misses at the bottom. We were also overcharged on the pizzas even though it was clearly signposted about the Saturday discount. Aside from these small issues, the park is Very good value for money. We will be back!
