Terrible after-sales customer service. No reply to answer my question on my order status. The last DHL tracking update was on 10 Oct 2017. Until now the parcel status remain unchanged. No movement on my order whatsoever.

Terribly sorry for this.
I just had a long call with DHL. They do not know what has happened with this package and we are busy finding a solution for this.
I'm also terribly sorry we did not respond earlier but we had weekend between your first email and your second email. One of the first things we have done while starting this week is try to solve this problem.
