I recently had the pleasure of visiting your factory and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of seeing the craftsmanship behind your products. The tour was impressive, and I was excited to purchase a beautiful watch from your collection.
However, after using the watch for less than a week, I noticed a scratch on the strap near the side of the watch face. This was unexpected, especially considering the high quality I anticipated. I did not expect to encounter an issue so soon after my purchase.
I love the design and look of the watch, but I hope this problem can be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
