My experience was positive with exception of the responsiveness after the booking was completed. The lodging was as advertised and met our expectations.

Unfortunately Esleen's husband had been admitted into hospital for an emergency operation. Esleen was with her husband during this process and afterwards during recovery.
Her colleagues tried their best to cover for her during her unplanned absence, however some of Esleen's clients did not receive the quick turnaround time that they usually enjoyed from her. It's unfortunate that Ryan did not get the first class service that we usually pride ourselves in. My sincere apologies Ryan.
We are however happy to report that Esleen's husband made a full recovery, and Esleen is back in the office delivering happiness again to all her clients! :)
