Such a five star experience! I was rushing to plan a last minute trip to South Africa (cities and safari) and had sent out numerous inqueries to lodges and travel comapanies. The one and only truly helpful and responsive reply I got was from Allan Theron at African Safari Group. He gave me his cell number (and always picked up, found a terrific safari lodge (Umzolozolo) and helped me with numerous details that were overwhelming for me in the short time I had to plan.
