Our experience was fantastic. From my first conversation with Lorensha Du Plessis, she showed that she was willing to go above and beyond to help us plan the perfect trip. I had initially inquired about a different reserve, but when that one was booked, Lorensha found the Kapama River Lodge, which met all of our requirements. She also helped with booking travel from Cape Town to the reserve, and from the reserve to Johannesburg. We were thankful for her expertise in recommending taking the Panoramic Route vs. flying, as we got a lovely drive through the South African countryside. Lorensha was extremely responsive, and followed up with me to ensure that the required booking deadlines were all met. I cannot say enough good things about Lorensha's wonderful support and enthusiasm in ensuring we had a once in a lifetime experience!
