In the end everything went well with the lodge and the safari experience. This is our first visit, the arrangement and handling are all very professional, despite communication limited by chat room and email. I would say though that the chat room at the website leads me to your company, and yet andBeyond operates another department that handles booking too, and when we try to contact andBeyond directly through their email they were not able to find info of our booking, the overlapping work of your Agency, ASG , with andBeyond cause great confusion during the planning process. I would also like to point out that agents who communicate with me several times through the chat room are often quite pushy, not that they are impolite, but often hard selling and pushing me to get the booking sorted. I am sure you do know that when people travel they have plenty of choices to make, especially safari lodges.
