After a recommendation I googled Phinda, Vanessa was my first point of contact and with humor and professionalism she convinced me 950 euro was well worth the experience we would get (I have never paid that for a night before) but little did I know that it would be even better, more mind blowing and create a lifetime memory - it was so amazing (from the arrival, our cottage, the game drive & atmosphere) that before we went to sleep we just had book an extra night - again, Vanessa was helpful beyond expectations THANK YOU 100% satisfaction & we will be back
