Shaun reached out and helped me plan a safari that was a perfect fit for our limited time and budget. He was very accommodating about talking on the phone via WhatsApp and even at strange late/early hours for him because of the nine hour time difference between South Africa and USA. We were pleasantly surprised that our accommodations were even nicer and larger than we anticipated. Everything was wonderful, especially the value for our money!
