Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! What a service! What a commitment! What an effort! Rating 5 out of 5 is an understatement!
I had desperately been trying to book safaris myself without any success. One of the safaris I asked was answered by African Safari Group, and a guy called Shaun called me up. That was the end of my problems. He totally took over and came up with one suggestion after another (where he found all these safari-lodges I don't know, since I had been put in a lot of time myself). And when we were picky (maybe too expencive, or too this or too that), he just kept looking for us, calling me personally everytime. I felt like we almost became friends after all our conversations. Fantastic!
And after the safari was booked, and I was so satisfied, then I started to ask him about hotels. Same commitment. And then I asked him to fix a rental car. No problem. Hmm, I think I will call him again to ask for good restaurants :)
