Lauren was so easy to work with and even though our first choice wasn't available she quickly responded with 2 other options of vastly different price points. Our group really appreciated having 2 options to choose from. From there the booking, payment, and preferences were easily done. Each email I received was well written and the next steps were always easy to follow. Lauren was very patient with us and I admire her professionalism. I felt very well taken care of.
