The agent initially answered an e mail request for assistance. From this initial contact the agent was helpful in ascertaining what level of Safari experience we wanted, and what woukd suit us. As a first time visitor to South Africa, she guided us to a safari reserve of the right level for us. Nothing was too much for the lady who dealt with me (Estelle Toerien). Transfers, car hire and advice was given and everything fell into place perfectly. I would not hesitate in using the company again.
