When I started looking for a Safari I contacted many companies. Being in Australia, with time differences and lack of knowledge, I found it rather trying. Some simply did not respond, and few did in a timely manner. Ilze, however, was completely different. She was fast, she was accurate and brimming with recommendations and information.
