Leonore did a wonderful job walking me through the process of booking with African Safari Group. She was always kind and respectful and took the time to personally get in touch with me over the phone and through WhatsApp. She even helped me on her day off and late in the day due to the time zone differences between the US and S. Africa. I am looking forward to this once-in-a-lifetime trip!
