From the moment I submitted an online query on their website, I was very pleased with the level of service and attentiveness. I was emailed asking for the best way to connect and once I responded, I was called (in Canada) to get more information to personalize my trip. Even with low availability, they were able to find a luxury lodge for my dates and offer advice on the logistics/transportation to and from. I was called a few times just to make sure I had all the information which was just the right level of persistence and communication, not too much and not too little. I was also put at ease when they willingly provided me the lodge confirmation number so I could put any fears at rest. Natasha did a stellar job thus far and I trust that this level of service will continue leading up to and throughout my journey if any hiccups may arise. I would highly recommend to any friends traveling to South Africa.
