If there was ever someone I would like to help me plan a trip it would be Luvo!! She picked up the phone and called me less than 12 hours after my inquiry and within an hour we already had a tentative schedule. Unlike other inquiries I made, for something as specific as this, it is so much easier to talk versus email, not to mention it adds a personal touch that doesn't seem to exist anymore with most companies. From the moment we landed in JNB there was not one hitch and the itinerary was spot on. The private plane was such a treat lodge, the was amazing and the 3 night safari package was priceless!! It blew my safari in Zambia a few years back out of the water. Luvo, thank you again for playing a role in making this trip unforgettable. I will miss our 9am daily calls and laughs but will definitely be back in touch when we come back!!
