When I first made an internet inquiry my system failed to send it. On my second attempt after sending off a request, a 'chat to us' window popped up so I used this to chat to Zane Posthumus. At the same time I got a response to my inquiry from Innocentia Makgele! They were both very helpful and quite understanding of my 'error' in contacting them both - working together extremely well as a team, I was passed onto Innocentia with whom I concluded my request and subsequent booking.
