Great experience from Innocentia from beginning to end. She found a few lodges for me and went out of her way to ensure that they can accommodate me as I use a wheelchair. She has since also offered to find a vehicle that I can drive. She has also given a few suggestions on activities my wife and I can get to do when we are in Cape Town... I will definitely be booking through her again
