Karen Engelbrecht has been wonderful. She has been very knowledgeable and accommodating, helping me put together a great safari trip. The only difficulty I had planning this trip is the time difference, California USA vs South Africa, however that is to be expected. Despite the time difference, Karen has responded quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions.
