Estelle from the African safari group was dealing with our booking. Estelle offered a great service alway replying back to my emails and phone calls and always ready to answer any questions i had. Estelle also worked very hard to make sure all amendments were done. She was polite, helpful, responsive and very knowledgeable. We were talking to another tour group t the time however chose to go with the the African Safari group due to the level of service that was offered.
