The dictionary should have a picture of Adelle Bell next to the word Service. I called to make a last minute Safari reservation two days before the day I wanted to leave and Adelle responded very quickly and was able to arrange the Safari. Better yet, It old her I may have a friend joining me but I wouldn't know until the day before the Safari. Adelle asked me to let her know as soon as possible and kept the door open to add the reservation. He couldn't make it but Adelle stayed in contact with me until the end to see if she could arrange the addition.She was always very pleasant, professional, and courteous and it was a pleasure working with her.
