So far you have been incredibly professional and punctual. The planning of the trip has involved a LOT of back and forward due to inconcistent clients from my side and Pascal has been always so willing to help and does an amazing job. He is also incredibly well mannered and very friendly - a pleasure to work with and definitely deserves a lekker Christmas bonus after working some nights with me until 10PM even.
