Our Reservations Specialist, Charles, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. For the main safari, he went above and beyond to help us with suggestions of different accommodation options within our target budget (no small feat given we were booking a trip over Christmas period quite last minute!) Charles also kindly offered his suggestions - unprompted - regarding things to do before and after the safari, simply to be helpful.
