I received a very prompt email and follow up phone call which helped answer many of the questions that my travel companions had. Charles Howie was excellent to deal with, he is very knowledgeable, he provided my group with suggestions for our trip to South Africa, he also provided accommodation information with pricing that was better than we had received.
