Overall I had a good experience. We had some problems with communication regarding transportation and i was not sent a full itinerary before I was asked to pay the deposit for the trip. We ended up having to pay for part of a plane ticket we did not want or need. Our agent was very pleasant and tried to accommodate our needs and wants and has followed up since.
