Antoinette has been working so very hard on a complex safari for us for over a month. From the very beginning she came across as a very personal person. So much so we exchanged family photos so we would both know who we were taking to so many miles apart. Her quick responses to our every inquiry gave us confidence in her abilities and her work ethic. She answered our every question. After all of her hard work we had to change travel dates. Antoinette was so gracious and understanding about our schedule change. We will certainly continue our planning with Antoinette.
