I have only made my booking with African Safari Group, but not as yet participated in the Safari experience. However, my dealings with Vanessa Stanley Senior Travel Consultant (Team Leader) were was a really positive experience. She was friendly, professional, prompt in her contact and accommodating to the many request I made. I appreciated it that she was able to call me rather than send emails back and forth.
