This was our first trip to South Africa. Our rep, Lyndie Reich, was really great. Her experience of working in the Bush and her husband being a guide was really helpful. She was very professional, patient, easy to work with and generally delightful! There were soo many choices and she helped us narrow down our choices. It seemed as though Lyndie never slept! She was responsive at all hours of the day!
