We haven't had our trip yet but the organization and input from Bernice was brilliant. She gave us plenty of options with the pros and cons and let us take the decision without up-selling us. She heard our needs and revised the offers whenever needed, answered questions, understood moments when there was urgency, pleasantly confused us with options, and was available on the phone when needed. It has been a pleasure dealing with her and the African Safari Group, so far.
