After searching through many websites for a safari, I sent inquiries to several, one being African Safari Group. I liked how quickly they responded. My contact at African Safari Group was Bianka. She was so easy to work with, very patient and her responses to any questions were in a very timely manner. She made sure to follow up every step of the way through our reservation process. It was a little more complicated as I was booking a trip for 9 individuals. Even though we have a 12 hour time difference, we managed to have conversations that were accommodating to both of us.
Bianka is one of the best travel advisors that I have worked with. I would highly recommend working with her and African Safari Group. If I have any additional travel needs in Africa, I would not hesitate to contact her again and work with African Safari Group.
