We had a great experience from start to finish, and Wilma really stood out as a travel planner - friendly, reliable, sincere, helpful, available, personal, likeable. She was also able to understand the nuances of our very fussy requirements and managed to plan a superb holiday with great choices that suited our tastes, considering it was done within a very short time frame and very close to the travel date.
