Vanessa has been the most amazing person to work with! She was so accessible any time of day or night, always confirmed things, reworked my itinerary a thousand times and never sounded frustrated. This is our first trip to South Africa and her suggestions were amazing, thoughtful and perfect. When we became concerned about budget, she gave us several other options for safaris and game lodges. We ultimately went back to the pricier option because it’s a once in a lifetime experience and Vanessa stayed on top of all of the changes with ease and gave us her POV every step of the way, as she’s in Cape Town and knows the area well.
