Director of first impressions ... yes Donna Blackway set the bar high initially and did not waver throughout the journey of booking our dream trip. She was enthusiastic and tirelessly focussed on our "wish list" offering ideas and recommendations to get everything just right for us. Booking an adventure can be nerve wracking and frustrating, but Donna made it feel like the trip had already begun ... her encouragement, funloving approach, genuine care and love of her job has certainly made my experience first class so far.
