We had a very positive experience. Stuart was very proactive. He answered questions promptly. He offered very excellent suggestions concerning our trip. Whenever there was an opportunity to make our experience a better one he was quick to offer advice. At every opportunity Stuart rose to the occasion. I appreciated the phone calls I received from him . He was quick to notify me of flight changes. I believe he always had my interest and goal for my trip in mind.
