From the moment I sent my enquiry, someone from the African Safari Group sent an acknowledgement stating someone would be in contact shortly. And that lovely person was Leonore who I found to be very professional, proficient and prompt in providing us with several safari package options. She went beyond to try and get us into a lodge we really wanted, and her persistence paid off.
She was able to talk to us about the lodge, the facilities, game drives and so forth from first hand experience. She shows such passion for her craft and based on the first hand information she was able to provide, we are thrilled and can't wait to go. From booking to payment was also an easy and safe process - somehow I anticipated it may take a bit of effort.
It is obvious Leonore is well versed with not only safari related holidays but also travel within South Africa. So much, that she was kind enough to provide suggestions for the remainder of our holiday and assistance to help book some further activities for us.
