My family and I decided very last minute (3 months before) to go to South Africa. We contacted many different travel agents to help us as Africa can be a bit daunting to plan. I was just about to give up when I decided to give it a go with African Safari Group and within a day Storme emailed asking what way i preferred to communicate. This was fantastic as, texting is probably the best way when dealing with different time zones. She was a god send, she not only helped us find accommodation for Kruger National park but also ensured that we were comfortable with the cost. We also decided to book with her our transfers within Kruger, and our Hotel in Capetown. She was always available (regardless of the time) and made sure we were 100% comfortable with the options and schedules she provided. We leave in December and I can't wait to visit and know that my trip is so well planned out. Thank you Storme!
