Jess was lovely and friendly and helped us customise and book our holiday from start to finish. She was knowledgeable and responded to all emails/whatsapp messages very quickly. Even though we made several changes to the itinerary, which we felt bad doing, Jess was happy to re-quote us for any changes we wanted.
