Bianka was supportive on my questions, what I did not like is the fact that I had to pay the credit card costs, I have never seen this before and this was quite an amount. Most probably this is detailed in your T&C but it would be nice to detail this better as if I would have known upfront I would have not booked, this is also the reason why I have not booked anything else
