I was looking into a private reserve in Kruger and clicked on one of the properties for rates. I received an email shortly after and a “what’s app” message from Mikhail. He was very attentive and was able to listen to my families’ travel needs. I was already experiencing booked accommodations for 6 months out and getting very discouraged since we were looking to accommodate my children 9 and 13 and my 83 year old father who definitely would not share a room. Mikhail got right on it and reached out to Nabu who was able to provide 3 rooms and accommodate children!
