Until our return flight we liked the attentiveness and responsiveness of sales rep (Ronell) all through our planning & journey. However the return flight was a total mess and frustration. First booking from Maasai Mara to Nairobi was not allowing enough time to catch Mombasa flight as they were using different airports (which is also booked by your company). We had requested a change. We were not consulted nor informed about our ridiculous flight arrangement as we learned at the airstrip that they have booked our kids and me & my husband on different flights even different carriers. For me this is a major problem. When we called Ronell she said she had no idea about this and could not offer any help as well. Even if she were sincere on this she has not called us to follow-up when we were despairingly trying to fly at least one parent + one child on the same flight.
