I haven't begun my trip yet, but so far, I've had an excellent experience. Ryan Ramage is an amazing travel consultant who helped me organize a complex trip in a very short period of time. He called me (in NYC) every day to work on my itinerary, coming up with great suggestions and solutions. He always took my needs into consideration, even where budget was concerned and thanks to him, we are truly excited about our trip.
