Vanessa was so great . Her responsiveness and insights about selecting the right safari experience were great . Initially i hesitated when using an agent (as things today are all done based on online reviews and information) .The amount of information is huge and confusing . I found her advice very valuable and tailored to what i was looking for . I hope we also enjoy our stay in September 2020 .
