I first came into contact with African Safari Group through an inquiry link in the Sabi Sands webpage. Within minutes I received an email to which I responded and then received a follow up call from Stuart Pittorino clarifying the travel experience I was after. The call was very professional yet felt personalised which was a great introduction to the company.
I was then allocated to Stewart Mackrell who then proceeded to provide me options for my holiday. Throughout the process the contact between Stewart and myself was impressive. Stewart was exceptionally responsive, always getting back to me within minutes of me sending through a question.
I like too how your company presented the options both in the email and internet browser. Once clicking the link, I was able to open three browser tabs separately and then switch between them to compare. ( I travel extensively and this is a very good customer user experience and rare to see at this detail)
I will be certainly recommending this company to people who are looking to travel to South Africa. The customer service was far more responsive and more personal than dealing with a travel agent in Australia for the same purpose.
