Working with Shaun was great…we tend to book all of our trips ourselves, but given everything we wanted to do in South Africa and all the options out there, it felt overwhelming. Once we contacted Shaun, everything was so smooth, he sent us a very customized plan based on number days, budget, etc. and was super responsive and flexible when we had questions, look for other ideas, etc. We just came back and had a wonderful holiday…now in our top 3 for sure.
