I always booked my trips locally (Switzerland), but this time I wanted to try booking online , directly in South Africa. With somebody unknown to me. So the first thing is confidence and trust. My contact was Amy Saccone and she had to „handle“ a difficult customer as my plans changed at least 3 times. She handled with friendliness, patience, adopting to my changes and coming with new suggestions. It was a very pleasant experience- I admired her patience 🙏.
